Freezer-to-Grill Thai Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
Freezer Assembly
- In a 1-gallon freezer bag, add all ingredients.
- Seal the bag and give it a good squish to blend everything together.
- On the outside of the bag, write the name of the recipe and the date. Place in the freezer.
Cooking Instructions
- Remove the chicken from the freezer and place in refrigerator to defrost.
- Grill until chicken is cooked through.
