Freezer-to-Grill Thai Chicken Marinade
Sweet, savory, and full of bold flavor, this freezer Thai chicken marinade comes together quickly and is made to be grilled. Just freeze, thaw, and cook — the marinade does the hard work while you enjoy the sunshine.
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
Freezer Assembly
In a 1-gallon freezer bag, add all ingredients.
Seal the bag and give it a good squish to blend everything together.
On the outside of the bag, write the name of the recipe and the date. Place in the freezer.
