Rosemary Citrus Salt
A simple, magical blend of fresh rosemary, vibrant citrus zest, and mineral rich salt
- 1/2 cup coarse sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (about 1 lemon)
- 1 tbsp orange zest (about 1 orange)
Combine the salt, rosemary, and citrus zest in a small bowl.
Mix thoroughly until the rosemary and zest are evenly distributed.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Air dry for 12-24 hours, stirring occasionally, until completely dry.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
