Crush the raspberries using a mortal and pestle (or spice grinder) until textured but not too fine.
Zest your lemon and lime and add directly to the salt mixture. Let the combined mixture air dry, uncovered, in a thin layer for several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Once dry, combine with remaining ingredients and stir gently to distribute flavors and colors evenly.
Store in an airtight spice jar or 4 oz mason jar in a cool, dry place.
