One Pan Magic: Sausage & Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 Italian Sausage links cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 6 Chicken Mozzarella sausages cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 2.5 lbs baby potatoes cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Smoky Chili Lime Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large sheet pan with parchment or foil.
  • Combine veggies and sausage pieces right on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Spread mixture out in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle evenly with pepper and Smoky Chili Lime Salt.
  • Roast 20-25 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp and sausage is golden.
  • Remove from oven. Serve directly from the pan.

Notes

Variations & Tips
  • Veggie swap: Try sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts or green beans
  • Protein swap: Use chicken breasts cut into chunks, or tofu
  • Extra heat: Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes along with the salt
  • One-bowl trick: Toss everything into a large resealable bag for super-easy prep
