Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large sheet pan with parchment or foil.
Combine veggies and sausage pieces right on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Spread mixture out in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Sprinkle evenly with pepper and Smoky Chili Lime Salt.
Roast 20-25 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp and sausage is golden.
Remove from oven. Serve directly from the pan.

Variations & Tips
Veggie swap: Try sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts or green beans
Protein swap: Use chicken breasts cut into chunks, or tofu
Extra heat: Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes along with the salt
One-bowl trick: Toss everything into a large resealable bag for super-easy prep
