Freezer-to-Grill Tuscan Chicken Marinade

This freezer Tuscan chicken marinade is made with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar for a bold, herb-forward flavor. Perfect for grilling or meal prep — just thaw and cook.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • 3 lbs chicken, bone-in or boneless

Instructions
 

Freezer Instructions

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a 1-gallon freezer-safe bag.
  • Add chicken, seal the bag, and smoosh gently to combine.
  • Press out excess air, reseal, label, and freeze flat.

Cooking Instructions

  • Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Grill chicken, turning once, until cooked through and lightly charred.
