Lammas, or Lughnasadh, marks the beginning of the grain harvest and invites us to honor abundance & gratitude. While the traditional celebration centers on baking bread, I’ve found that waffles, especially these tangy, herby sourdough waffles, carry the spirit of Lammas beautifully.
