Full Moon Lavender Ritual: A Bath for Clarity & Calm
Honoring the Full Buck Moon in Capricorn – July 10, 2025
When the moon is full, it offers us a mirror: a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our inner truth. This Full Moon in Capricorn invites grounding and clarity, an anchor in the swirl of summer energy. Whether you’re knee-deep in projects or shifting from celebration into reflection, this lavender bath ritual is your space to breathe.
This ritual is simple, calming, and deeply nourishing. All you need is a bath, a little lavender, and the willingness to sink into stillness.
What You’ll Need:
- A small handful of dried lavender, or a few drops of lavender essential oil
- Epsom salt or sea salt
- Optional: rose petals, chamomile, or amethyst
- A white, purple, or silver candle
- A glass of your Lavender Rose Moon Mocktail
- A quiet place and 20–30 minutes just for you

The Ritual
- Prepare Your Space
Dim the lights. Light your candle. Let the bath fill slowly, and as it does, swirl in your salts and lavender. Add rose petals or chamomile if you’re called to. Drop in an amethyst stone, or set it nearby to amplify calm. - Set Your Intention
Before stepping into the bath, take a breath and speak your intention aloud or silently:
“With this water, I release what clouds my clarity. I return to stillness and strength.” - Soak and Surrender
Let yourself sink in. As you soak, imagine a soft lavender glow wrapping around you—quieting your thoughts, easing tension from your body. Let it flow from your crown to your toes, washing away what no longer serves. - Sip and Reflect
When you’re ready, wrap in a soft towel and sip your moon mocktail. Take a moment to journal one insight that came up for you. Ask yourself:
What truth is rising to the surface? What can I release to stand in it more fully?
