    Pesto is one of my favorite things to eat. There is just something so refreshing about it. However, I do NOT have a green thumb, and I can’t grow basil for anything.     Soooo…. That whole in a jar thing. I’m kind of obsessed. Yes, yes I am. Since the limeade in a jar experiment, I’ve had lemon meringue stuck in my head. But not just any lemon meringue – pink lemonade meringue. And in a jar, of course. Oddly, I’ve never made lemon meringue at home. I’ve made it at the bakery, but that isn’t really scratch. And I debated on the crust. I polled people on facebook about their preference of crust: pastry or graham cracker.     Across the blogosphere it seems like dessert in a jar is all the rage. I know I love it, anyway, and I have no problem jumping on the bandwagon.
